Terms and conditions

These terms cover use of LoginHub, the authentication service operated by Unikum – Unikt lärande AB, Swedish organisation number 556649-2350 ("Unikum", "we"). LoginHub lets you sign in to connected education applications through an approved identity provider.
Authorised use
Use LoginHub only with an account you are authorised to use and for applications your organisation permits you to access. Follow your organisation's account and security policies. Successful authentication does not by itself grant access to an application's accounts, records or functions; the application makes those decisions.
This deployment is a test environment. Use only accounts approved for testing. The locally provided demo identities are fictional and must not be used to represent a real person. Do not enter real credentials into the demo identity providers or use this environment to store real student records.
Your responsibilities
- Protect your provider account and credentials, and use the security measures required by your organisation.
- Do not impersonate another person, share access without authorisation, or attempt to associate an identity with an account you do not control.
- Do not bypass security checks, access other users' information, or interfere with the service. Security testing requires the operator's prior authorisation.
- Report suspected misuse or loss of account access promptly to your organisation's administrator or Unikum.
Identity providers and connected applications
Google, Unikum and organisational identity providers operate their own sign-in services under their applicable terms and privacy notices. Their availability and your organisation's policies can affect your ability to use LoginHub. You may need to authorise the requested permissions before a provider can complete sign-in.
The terms for each connected application continue to apply when you use that application. These LoginHub terms do not replace your organisation's service agreement or data-processing agreement with Unikum.
Privacy and ending a session
The LoginHub privacy policy explains the identifiers we receive, how they are used and shared, and how to request deletion. LoginHub does not acquire ownership of your personal information through these terms.
Sign out when you finish, especially on a shared device. Signing out of one application or LoginHub may leave your identity-provider session active. Follow your organisation's instructions for signing out of the provider and securing the device. Deleting records or removing provider permissions is a separate action from signing out.
Availability and suspension
This test service may change or be interrupted for development, maintenance or security work. Do not rely on it for production or emergency access. Any service commitments are those expressly set out in your organisation's agreement.
We may restrict access when needed to address misuse, protect users or the service, comply with legal obligations, or follow an authorised instruction from your organisation. Your provider or connected application may separately restrict its own accounts.
Changes and contact
We will publish changes to these terms here with an updated effective date and give notice of material changes where required. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
For help with access, start with your organisation's administrator or contact Unikum. For privacy questions, email dataskydd@unikum.net. Never send passwords or tokens in a support request.
